Important announcements
On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve appointments at The Hive will continue until 5:00pm even though the Hive is closed to the general public from 1:00pm. Security staff will be allowing access to those Registration customers who have appointments booked with the service.
If you have an urgent request for an appointment but cannot find any availability via our booking system, please complete an enquiry form which can be found on the pages below.
Please note: All standard certificate production will be suspended from Wednesday 18 December 2024 until Thursday 2 January 2025. We will be unable to process any express orders from Monday 23 December 2024 until Thursday January 2 2025. The last day to dispatch any express orders will be Friday 20 December.

Kidderminster Registrars will be working out of the Coroners Court, The Civic Centre, Martins Way, New Street, Stourport on Severn DY13 8UN over the Christmas period. Appointments from Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24 December up to and including Tuesday 31 December 2024 will be taking place at the Coroners Court in Stourport on Severn due to the building at Wyre Forest House being closed. If you have an appointment booked during this period please go to the Civic Centre in Stourport on Severn and NOT Wyre Forest House in Kidderminster.
The office will be closed on the usual bank holidays, for example, 25 December, 26 December 2024 and 1 January 2025.
Appointments for Kidderminster Register Office will resume at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF on Thursday 2 January 2025.
