About the common

The largest and most important area of heathland remaining in 香港六合彩资料图库, this site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) is a delight to visit time and time again. With dappled woodlands, heather clad hills, a rare acid bog and a pool and brook that attracts lots of creatures, you're spoilt for choice on this site.

Opening times

Vehicular and pedestrian access 24 hours. Height barrier at Wilden Top car park and South car park (1.9 metres high). Admission is Free.

Site location

Hartlebury Common, DY13 9JB. Located just off the B1495 Stourport to Hartlebury Road. Follow the brown and white tourist signs. Grid Reference: 8270.

Accessibility information
  • parking areas for disabled visitors at Wilden Top car park
  • the site is flat in some places and hilly in others with some steep slopes
  • picnic area (with wheelchair accessible tables) at Wilden Top car park is flat grass and is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs
  • gates at the boundary fencing around the Common are all bridle gates, suitable for horses, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs Waymarked Heather Trail (which is 1.5 km long) is hilly with grass, compacted and loose sand surfaces, without steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters or pushchairs
  • the majority of the site cannot be accessed by wheelchairs, mobility scooters or pushchairs as the paths are mainly deep sand, uneven surfaces and steep slopes
