This summer, families can enjoy fantastic days out exploring Hartlebury Castle and get buzzing with creativity inspired by the natural world around the castle and beyond.
Dive under the sea, fly through the sky, and travel back in time to the age of the dinosaurs! There鈥檒l be a new theme every week in August for children to get stuck into: Dinosaurs, Under the Sea, Birds of a Feather, Junk Art, and Bug Creations.
Children can make their own roar-some animal characters including crafty crabs and glow-in-the-dark dinosaurs, create mini bird houses, decorate wooden bug scenes and more to take home. There鈥檚 also an opportunity to become a Young Detective with an exciting cryptic trail around the castle and museum.
With a woodland play area, fruit trees, and a beautiful moat, nature is a huge part of a visit to Hartlebury Castle. Not only can visitors be inspired by animals in the activities, they can look out for real wildlife from the bird hide!
Activities run from Tuesday to Thursday, 11am to 4pm, throughout August. Families can drop in or book in advance at hartleburycastle.com; 拢3.50 per child and whole-site admission applies.

Round off a great day out with a walk around the moat to the brilliant woodland play area.
During the day, visitors can refuel at Hayley鈥檚 Kitchen caf茅 or settle into one of the lovely picnic areas which have accessible benches.
