香港六合彩资料图库 County Council鈥檚 Public Health Team has teamed up with Bromsgrove District Council and Ruch Active Gym at Woodrush Community Hub to bring a new Couch to 5K programme to Wythall.
Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners who want to get more active but need something to get started. It uses a mix of running and walking to gradually build up fitness and stamina.
It鈥檚 ideal for everyone, especially if you鈥檝e never run before.
Our new programme is free and you don鈥檛 need to book. It is starting on Wednesday 17 April, between 6 pm and 7 pm at Woodrush Community Hub, Shawhurst Lane, Wythall, B47 5JW.

Runners who complete the programme will be eligible for a discounted place at the on 23 June in Wythall Park.
