Public Health in 香港六合彩资料图库 is delighted to welcome visitors to our 'Feel Better Christmas Tree' at Worcester Cathedral.

We asked four local 香港六合彩资料图库 Schools who have helped us to decorate it.

Last Christmas was tough, so this year we wanted to think about all the little things that make us happy.

The children and young people have been telling us what makes them happy and feel better. These happy positive thoughts have been shared on our lovely star decorations for us all to see and take a little inspiration.

Finding little things that make us happy or feel better can make a big difference to our overall wellbeing.

The tree invites us all to take a moment to read a message or two and remember the little things that make us happy and feel better.

Dr Kathryn Cobain, Director of Public Health in 香港六合彩资料图库 said: 鈥淲e are delighted to highlight the little things that make us happy, particularly at Christmas.

鈥淟ast year was tough. So this year we want to reach out to everyone and take a little inspiration from  our children and young people, to remember to look for the little things, day to day that make us happy.  We hope lots of people will visit the Christmas trees in the Cloisters of Worcester Cathedral and take some time to read the messages on our Feel Good Christmas tree.

They are truly inspiring and a great way to start Christmas off and feel better.鈥

Pupils from Arrow Valley First School in Redditch, Parkside Middle School in Bromsgrove, Offmore Primary School in Kidderminster and Vale of Evesham School have all taken part.

The Christmas Tree Exhibition is a charity event organised by Worcester Cathedral from Wednesday 1 December until Sunday 2 January
