Are you looking for ways to support young people鈥檚 mental health?

Libraries have launched a new collection of books to promote mental wellbeing for teens via The Reading Agency鈥檚 latest Reading Well campaign.

The Reading Well for Teens collection was launched on World Mental Health Day on 10 October in public libraries across England and Wales.

These books promote mental wellbeing and help to break down common misconceptions and barriers around mental health issues and topics such as body image, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender identity, and difficult experiences including bereavement and bullying, as well as social pressures.

Reading Well has been developed by The Reading Agency in partnership with Libraries Connected and the Society of Chief Librarians Cymru and is delivered with public libraries. To find out more visit:.
