Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council (District of Wychavon – Non - Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on B4035 Main Street, Bretforton]

On 12 September 2024 Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Bretforton:

B4035 Main Street, Bretforton (North Side)

  • from a point 18m west of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 18m in an easterly direction
  • from a point 42m east of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 6m in an easterly direction

B4035 Main Street, Bretforton (South Side)

  • from its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 16m in an easterly direction
  • from a point 42m east of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 38m in an easterly direction

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 10 October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.  If you wish to object or make representations about the Order being made permanent, you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk by 10 April 2025 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
