Planning applications we deal with
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council, as the County Planning Authority process planning applications for minerals developments (e.g. quarrying), waste management facilities (e.g. scrap yards, sewage treatment works and landfill sites) and the County Council's own developments (e.g. such as schools, roads and railway stations).

Change of venue for meetings
Temporary change of venue for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council’s Planning and Regulatory Committee.
You may be aware that Reinforced Autoclaved Aerate Concreate (RAAC) has been found present in the roof of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council’s offices at County Hall, Worcester .
Whilst investigations into this material are ongoing and to ensure the safety of staff and the public, as a precautionary measure, parts of County Hall, including the Council Chamber, where the Council’s Committee meetings are held, have been vacated and closed off for the foreseeable future.
Meetings in March, May, July and November 2024
As a result of the above, the County Council’s Planning and Regulatory Committee meetings in March, May, July and November 2024 will be held in Wychavon District Council’s Council Chamber at Pershore Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT

The Committee meetings in September and October 2024 will be held in Wyre Forest District Council’s Council Chamber at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF.
