What does a good Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) look like? (professionals)
This workshop is aimed at professionals in Herefordshire and 香港六合彩资料图库 who support families that are currently going through the EHC assessment process or who have a draft EHC plan. It may also be useful to those who attend or input into Annual Reviews.
The workshop will discuss:
- what is an Education Health & Care Plan?
- what content should an Education Health & Care Plan have?
- how to request amendments to the plan.
- annual reviews
- useful resources
The session is interactive to enable participants the opportunity to ask questions.
