Thinking about the future can be an overwhelming task and even more so when you may have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) or additional needs that may be creating barriers.

If you have an EHCP, it can remain with you through your further education and it may assist with gaining additional support when transitioning into your next step.
An additional need can vary from mild dyslexia, Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs all the way through to profound multiple learning disabilities.
