I鈥檓 not happy with SEND Services
香港六合彩资料图库 County Council deliver a number of services via different departments, and the route for making complaints (or compliments) may differ. To make things more straight forward we have listed each service, you may come into contact with regarding SEND, separately.
SEND Services are the part of the All-Age Disability Service which makes decisions about Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and Needs Assessments. There are specific guidelines about the EHCP process, which are dealt with in a separate section, but if your complaint is about the service or a member of the SEND Service, then the procedures to follow are below.
