Local support
Men’s Walking and Talking campaign
In Worcester and Kidderminster, takes place on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Men Walking and Talking currently run mental health walks with the aim of bringing men together in a safe space to end the stigma around #mensmentalhealth by supporting each other. For more information see the .
Men’s Sheds
Are local spaces for men to connect, make friends and enjoy activities. There are groups across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â. A charity for men to connect and improve their mental health through activities. For more information see the .
SANDS United FC club
Based at Worcester, Perdiswell Leisure Centre, takes place on Thursdays from 8:00pm.
SANDS United Worcester, creates a unite environment for Dads and men in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â. Based at the RGS The Grange pitches most Thursdays from 8pm for 1 hour.
You don’t have to be a dad to come along, if you are a grandparent, uncle or any other relation we will accept you with open arms. They aim to help all men navigate through what is the most difficult times of their lives, and if we can have a little fun along the way then let’s play ball. CORE, a community service
Includes activities and wellbeing services for men, it is a network for men and male identifying individuals, providing information, advice and guidance to enable connection with others, and engagement within the community. It provides information about support bases, wellbeing services, and opportunities to connect with other like minds, whilst allowing men to gain a variety of skills and enhance their wellbeing and confidence. Evesham’s men’s mental health gym
A club for men based in Evesham and the surrounding areas. The group is a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for men to come and talk openly about their thoughts and worries, a place to come and share what’s been going on over the last couple of weeks, takes place every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at the gatehouse (oat street chapel) oat street Evesham (opposite Wallace house).
Yoga for men
Takes place at ‘The wellbeing tree’, Bromsgrove, Mondays 8pm. Yoga for men, building confidence for those who have never tried yoga before as well as supporting those with experience. Visit the .

Worcester foodbank
Is part of The Trussell Trust’s network of 428 foodbanks, working to tackle food poverty and hunger in our local communities, as well as across the UK. Mind Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â safe haven
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â Safe Haven provides telephone support and face-to-face appointments to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â residents who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Available for all genders. Offering a listening ear, support and guidance with accessing other services, we help you manage the difficult times and hold your hand towards better mental wellbeing.

Healthy Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â for men, women and older age
Healthy Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â is a new and exciting programme commissioned by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â County Council open to anyone over the age of 18 who live, or are registered with a GP in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏͼ¿â.
It specifically aims to improve people’s strength and balance, promote healthy lifestyles and help people stay socially connected and, safe from crime as they get older.
Available for men and women. Weekly sessions that run in local venues, close to where people are living and within the heart of communities, sessions include strength and balance programmes, healthy lifestyle advice, community safety information and links to a wide range of other health-promoting activities in the local community.
Located in different venues, Worcester, Malvern, Redditch, Evesham, Kidderminster. Worcester location:
- Monday from 1:000am to midday at The Green Hub (Community Centre), Gresham Road, Dines Green, WR2 5QS
- Wednesday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Perdiswell Young People’s Centre, Perdiswell Park, Droitwich Road, Worcester WR3 7SN.
